As an Asian person myself, I think this food is delicious! It's authentic and flavorful. It's the perfect afternoon lunch spot for a group of friends. It's also very family-friendly. The menu has various yummy meals to try. I highly recommend the rice dumplings! Amazing overall!

On Wednesday, I was craving something delicious, so of course I went to TikTok to find a good eatery near me. So many places popped up, but I was in the mood for noodles, so I chose Hello Dumplings. After reading several reviews, I ordered the Braised Beef Soup Noodles and the Chicken Mushroom Dumplings. They also offered complimentary lemon water, which was a nice touch. The broth had great flavor, and the beef was incredibly tender. It just wasn’t a soup that suited my personal taste. Someone else might absolutely love it. The dumplings were good too—I just wish they had fish sauce for dipping. I couldn’t finish everything, so I asked for a to-go box. I wasn’t planning to complain or say anything—I was simply going to take my food and leave. While I was eating, a lady walked in carrying supplies for the kitchen. I noticed she greeted and spoke with several guests before coming over to my table. She asked how my meal was. I chose to be honest and told her it just wasn’t my favorite. Then I asked, “Are you the manager?” She smiled and said, “No, I’m the owner. My name is June.” June said, “I don’t want you to eat something you don’t like. I want you to have a great experience.

Food/Drinks: The Braised Beef Noodle Soup was pretty standard. The broth was flavorful, the beef was tender, and the noodles were cooked nicely, with a slight chewiness. Their Golden Milk Tea was nothing to write home about, however. Service: OK. There were two people manning an empty restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon--the person at the counter taking orders had a friendly demeanor, but can't say the same about the other one. Ambiance: Casual, modern. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

A great spot for casual, high-quality Chinese food that feels comfortable and laid back. The staff are friendly and attentive and it feels like a neighborhood spot. They serve all the essentials: noodles, dumplings, soup dumplings, sides and drinks. The Hill shopping center it is located in is really nice and California-like.

We were greeted so warmly by the staff here at Hello Dumpling. I am Celiac and the chicken rice dumplings and cucumber salad were a great choice! The dumplings are different than I expected. An original recipe that is very warm, flavorful, and comforting. The owner June came to our table to assure us that from a food science perspective she understands cross contamination and takes full preventative measures. Overall it was an excellent experience and we cannot wait until they franchise and send a location to Oregon!
